The gym provided only basic equipment and the WiFi was slow. Despite some minor issues, this hotel provided a wonderful experience with its well-functioning air conditioning and comfortable bed that helped me fall asleep with ease.

I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton in Taitung. The staff quickly resolved an issue with my room and found a perfect solution. The breakfast and drinks at the lounge were delicious. The Moon Bar on the 8th floor was stunning. The location was ideal with the night market right outside and a Carrefour nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.
